Site was becoming a headache to update. Been dabbling about with Joomla, asked a question about Joomla installation and any problems with compatibility issues. 13 minutes later reply was forthcoming, answered my initial question, plus received additional advice about Joomla Installation via Cpanel/Fantastico. 10 Minutes later - Joomla installed, site being updated/redesigned - fantastic advice and support what else can I say - Oh yes - Thank You UK2/Support!

I have now taken a second site from UK2net. Having no experience at all in web building etc. I found UK2 to be helpful, and what they offer to put a site together from scratch is really good. When I have problems with my site I put in a ticket, state if it is critical or not and within a very short space of time my problem is dealt with. I am really happy with the response, the action and the reliability that I need for my business. I have recommended UK2 because I have full trust that my friends will not be disappointed in their service. I only do that when I have full trust in the product.

My website had dissappeared and was firing back to another server which we had taken our pages away from. So tried the 24/7, and thought I was going to get a phone call; sat back and nothing. Then, after an hour or so, I went and checked the PC, and our pages were all back up and running! Thank you techies. It was money well spent.
